CNM Process has reached a new milestone in its development with the move into a new 4,000 m² facility.
The objective is clear: to support the company’s long-term growth and sustain its future ambitions.
The office spaces have been completely redesigned, particularly within the engineering department: more space, ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks, and large screens to facilitate design work and improve everyday comfort.
The engineering team also benefits from direct visibility over the assembly workshop, maintaining a close connection with production teams and a concrete view of projects in progress.
On the production side, the machining workshop has also evolved. Larger and better equipped, it now benefits from additional resources and machinery.
The integration of a new CNC lathe and an overhead crane strengthens our industrial capabilities, autonomy, and control over manufacturing processes.
The assembly areas have significantly expanded as well and are now organized around modular workstations, designed to adapt to the needs of both projects and teams.
This space now provides the ideal conditions to assemble machines efficiently, with a smoother and more effective organization.
Beyond the equipment, this project primarily reflects our commitment to offering our employees a modern, functional, and pleasant working environment, aligned with their expertise and dedication.
